Our Plastic cups are suitable for the contact with drinkable liquids in a temperature range between 0° and 70° and not for the storage of liquids. Elevated temperature storage conditions or high alcohol may lead to impact the level of migration.

In particular it is emphasized that in the case of printed material, no contact is allowed between the printing ink and the food product. A functional barrier made from plastics is not used in the above mentioned products

It is the responsibility of the distributor of the finished food contact article and the industrial food packers to provide final users with adequate instructions on product use, including possible restrictions for their safe and compliant use.

This declaration is only valid for the products as described and delivered by us and does not constitute any defects liability or warranty concerning and product properties.

The declaration is solely effective for member states of the EU, as long as our products are not changed in their state in any way and as long as no new regulation or scientific findings arise. The verification of compliance was performed based on the rules set out in Regulation (EU) No 10/2011; according to which the products complies with the legal requirements subject to adherence to the stated conditions for the contact with food.
